By Irma Rabago, Interim GM
I believe it was The Great Bambino, Babe Ruth, who said,
"The way a team plays as a whole determines its success.
You may have the greatest bunch of individual stars in the
world, but if they don't play together, the club won't be worth a dime," I could
not agree with him more. The current staff here at Solera Diamond Valley
is full of individual MVPs but that is not what makes them successful. The
ability to work together and be considerate of each other while getting the job
done is what makes this office a great place to work.
With that said, I am excited to present to you Samantha Kendig, New
Lifestyle Director at Solera Diamond Valley. She comes to us from the
Seabreeze Regional office in Corona, CA. She has assisted in the planning and
execution of many Seabreeze events. She has experience as an Interim Event
Coordinator at her previous company where she maintained communication
with vendors, obtained venues and assisted in carrying out different aspects
of events. Samantha has thirst for life and knowledge. She is excited to join
the Solera Diamond Valley Community and I cannot wait for you to meet her.
Please take a moment to come by the office and say hello.
Teri Collett has assumed the Project Service Manager role full force. She
has adapted to the changes of the Management Staff with a smile on her face
and not having missed a beat on the duties of her job. She wears many hats
here at SDV and wears them all well. Teri is an essential part of the team, and
I am thrilled that she has decided to continue here at SDV.
Thank you to the Board of Directors for facilitating the selection of our
newest team member. Together we will serve the community and strive to
uphold the harmony and health of Solera Diamond Valley.
