The local market is still going strong and I thought it would be helpful for us all to see where we have been and where we hope to keep going! As for where we've been in 2020, the home values in Four Seasons Hemet kept a good market pace with homes reaching an annual average of 7% increase in sales prices. By year end, there were 75 home sales averaging 37 days on the market. Beginning 2021 with a good momentum, here are the year-end numbers just in: Legends: There were 16 sales, beginning with an average price at $290,000 and ending the year at $349,000. The days on the market were an amazing average of 5 days! That's a 20% price increase! Masters: There were 31 home sales, with an average of 20 days on the market! Beginning the year at an average price of $319,000, and ending with an average price of $377,000! That's 18% up! Invitationals: As the neighborhood with the most sales of 37, beginning the year at values at $339,000, the recent closed sales are at values of $440,000 and up. This pushed values up 30%! Championships: This neighborhood started the year with 5 sales in the first quarter with values averaged at $417,000, but took 40 days on the market. The sales were steady the balance of the year, for a total of 16 sales. The last quarter averaged values of $485,000, with a couple over $500,000! The potential of the homes in our beautiful community is amazing! We hope you find this update informative.
