I know we have mentioned this before but because it is a very important part
of the Associations Governing Documents, I felt it was appropriate to repeat.
It has been brought to Management's attention that there have been Solar
Panel Installations without prior written approval from the Design Review
Committee. If there has been a recent Solar Panel Installation made to the
outside of your home, we kindly ask that a Home Improvement Application
be filled out and turned in to Management for written approval by the Design
Review Committee. Failure to do so may result in a fine according to the
Compliance and Fine policy of the Association.
The office is open Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm. If you have any questions,

I would like to shout from the roof tops a special THANK YOU to the
Financial Advisory Committee; Tom Lontz, Candice Gartner, Dennis Haffeman
and David Wellfare for providing a solid budget recommendation for the
upcoming fiscal year. The amount of consideration that the FAC placed on the
Associations financial needs was abundant and for that, a huge thank you goes
out to them. Please keep an eye out for your Annual Disclosure in the mail if
you have not received it already.

• The Indoor Spa Shower is now in working condition thanks to several vendors
completing the project.
• The outdoor pool speakers are going to be replaced and working soon, just in
time for summer.
• The new lights in the Lobby area have been installed by our lighting Vendor.
• As a reminder, please submit a Home Improvement application for any
changes made to the outside of your home including Outdoor Furniture,
Potted Plants, Solar Systems Etc.
• Please keep the Parkways along your property line maintained in a neat
appearance.
