I am excited for this month as it marks a full 30 days with a four person
monitor team. If you haven't done so already, please help me in welcoming
Luke Petersen and Michael Rivers as the newest members of the Management
Team. With their help we have been catching up on some of the Monitor
Duties. We are working hard on cleaning up Solera Diamond Valley grounds
and maintaining the community to its high standards.
You will also find that Allied Universal has joined the preferred vendor
list at Solera Diamond Valley as the new Patrol Vendor. Hopefully you had a
chance to meet them at the June 30 Board meeting. Allied Universal comes
highly recommended and with their HeliAUS Workforce Management System,
"Functioning as a comprehensive workforce management solution through
instant post orders, incident reporting, GPS tracking, health screening, visitor
logging, and more, HELIAUS® can be tailored to your patrol program based
on vertical market, location, business model, and even each site's specific
needs. By delivering unprecedented situational awareness into the hands of
your Patrol Professionals, their skills and training are amplified, enhanced by
the platform's data–driven intelligence." – Allied Universal, https://www.aus.
com/our-services/technology-services/heliaus the Board of Directors and
Management feels they are the right fit for Solera Diamond Valley.
With the break in of the mailboxes becoming an epidemic not only here at
Solera Diamond Valley but throughout the county, I want to remind everyone
that the Association is not responsible for the locks on the mailbox clusters.
The locks are federal property belonging to the United States Postal Service.
If your mailbox lock has been vandalized and your mail has been stolen,
please reach out to the USPS at (800) 275-8777. The City of Hemet has also
recommended that Hemet Police Department be notified at (951) 765-2400 in
an attempt to increase the amount of patrol to the community from Hemet PD.
Stay safe Solera Diamond Valley.
