We appreciate your service to the community! WOW! What a wonderful year we have planned for 2013 now that the world did not end as by the Mayan calendar. Please take a look at the events that are listed to the right. Keep your eyes open as more events will be added as the year goes on. Some highlights youll especially want to look out for include The Family Feud Game Show coming to the Lodge Ballroom on Jan. 26, and then a possible Film Making Workshop put on by an actual lm production company to help in preparation of the Independent Film Festival. This will be very informative and will really help the budding lm makers who have turned in lm submissions in the past. This should give you a backstage view of everything involved in creating your own feature lm. They will also review requirements for submitting your lm into some of our local Palm Springs Film Festivals. We are also hoping for a Formal Classical Piano Evening in March. This would be hosted by the HOA and will include appetizers and drinks and will showcase some of own resident concert pianists. Be sure to mark down on your brand new 2013 calendar all the events that most appeal to you. I cant wait to see all the surprises this year will hold! May this year be the best year weve ever had! Happy New Year and see you around the Lodge.
