48 | SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | AUGUST 2018 | RV Club As I sit here starting to type the August Lifestyles article, I ask my brain, "Brain, what brilliant and smart things do we have to tell our good folks about this month?" My brain replies back, "Ah, I have nothing for you." So where do I go from here? So I thought that I would take a quick look back in history. To do this, I ventured over to our great RV storage shed and took a couple of pictures of pictures, sounds like double talk, from a 2004 album and they are here for your review and enjoyment. Now, I want to repeat what has been in the last two Lifestyles Magazines about our upcoming trip to Pismo Beach. So once again here is Dick Williams. Sun Lakes RV club is having a rally this coming October, at Pismo Coast Village RV Resort. Check in is on Oct. 14 for four nights, leaving on Oct. 18. We have 25 sites reserved, with a possibility of adding more sites. This is lovely beach front property. Come and enjoy many club activities, games and a golf outing. Walk the beach with your dog, try your hand at clam digging, and just have fun. For further information call Dick and Tina Williams at (951) 845-3597. I would encourage you all to take a minute out of your busy day and go online and visit the website for Pismo Coast Village RV Resort. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. One last item. We have been a member of this great RV club a short time. We have had the privilege to go to some real neat parks and spend some great time with some very fine people. The one thing that I have heard is that our club is always looking for new places to go. So if you have a favorite place that you think may interest us, please contact our President Ken Hurley.
