This is August, which means we must have had our Fourth of
July Tournaments, and we did. Due to an oversight by the people
who order trophies, we did not get to recognize our winners at
the all sports potluck and awards event; so, I'll do it now. In the
Doubles competition, first place winners were Mike Corbett and
Ron Erickson; second place winners, Dave Thomason and Tom
Herron. In the Singles competition, first place winner was John
Hyland and second place winner was Mike Corbett. With triple
digit temperatures showing up in July and August, we have changed
our start time to 8 am and are glad we did. So, if you're a new Four
Seasons resident or have been here a while, come on out and check
us out — no experience or talent necessary — we will show you
how. We have one of the best horseshoe venues in the Pass Area,
with a view that is unsurpassed. We love it; and I'm sure you will
as well. We meet at The Summit every Wednesday at 8 am. Our club
