| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | August 2018 | 3 Now that summer is in full swing and we have triple digit temps, residents are taking advantage of the early morning and late afternoons to get their walking in and exercise their dogs. There have been some incidents recently that involve dogs that have been reported to not be properly restrained and running loose, in violation of the Association's published rules. The enforcement process has begun with those owners. The other stipulation in the rule is noted as "being able to restrain" their dog. This poses a liability risk for the owner and can have serious consequences. I am asking all pet owners who walk their dogs to be mindful of this and if you are not sure your dog is "socialized," please take extra measures to restrain your pet. Sometimes dogs just don't like other dogs, so please be careful. Also be aware that when you are walking your dogs, they are NOT allowed to relieve themselves on any resident's yards. I'm not talking about the common area on the main streets (Four Seasons, World Cup, etc.), I'm referring to the front and side yards of homes. This rule is stated in the current Rules and Regulations on page 10, Section 5.4 (first bullet). We have been working with our gate vendor to get all of the data collected and entered into dwellingLIVE. As of this writing, we completed the conversion from the linear system to dwellingLIVE. Going forward, dwellingLIVE will be the database for all vehicle and access device information. In order to keep the information as up to date as possible, please let us know if you sell, trade in or no longer own a vehicle that was in your account. Also notify us if you lose your pool fob. Any changes to access devices or vehicles must be done by the management staff. You can still enter guests, pets and photos into your account. The website address is www.community.dwellinglive.com The Ballroom will be closed for all activities from Aug. 6 to Aug. 10. This is to allow time for the cabinet refinishing company to refinish the audio cabinet where the mural is located. The closure will affect the Wednesday Bingo session. A request from Team Sunshine: Please update your emergency contact information! There have been several instances where the team had difficulty in contacting resident's next of kin. This is something that can be forgotten but when the need arises, this information really helps them. You can do this by submitting emergency contact names and phone numbers to the Lodge staff during business hours. Happy August and be safe! General Manager's Message By Rick Ruth
