The September General Meeting is Thurs., Sept. 27, at 2 pm at the South Clubhouse. Hitomi Nonaka will be at the
meeting and will demonstrate Ikebana which is the art of Japanese flower arrangement. She will then teach a half-
day workshop on the same subject on Mon., Oct. 15, in the Main Clubhouse Arts & Crafts Room from 9 am to 12
noon. Learning to arrange flowers will give you the ability to set up a more attractive still life when painting!
The cost of the workshop is $20 for members/$25 for non-members. A sign-up sheet will be at the meeting

ART SHOW – Sat., Oct. 6, 11 am to 2:45 pm in the Main Clubhouse Ballroom. Entry forms are available now in the
Main Clubhouse Art League bin. The deadline for entries is Fri., Sept. 28.
As you know, it takes a lot of volunteers to put on a successful Art Show. If you would like to help for a couple of hours on the day of the

Cruzin' Cronies is a Classic Car Club that meets the first Saturday of each month. We display our
cars at 8 am in the Main Clubhouse parking lot, and then meet briefly in the Multipurpose Room at
8:30 am.
During the meeting, we plan group trips to various venues, and report on car shows many of us have
attended or plan to attend. After the meeting, we go out for breakfast to enjoy each other's company.
Come join us at our next meeting on Sat., Sept. 1. There are no dues, just friendship, outings, and
laughter. You don't even need a classic car to be a part of this happy group! For more information, call
