Quick Appetizers

Mediterranean Dip
Prep Time: 15 minutes; Chill Time: 4 hours
Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 ounces crumbled Feta cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
½ teaspoon lemon juice
Assorted crackers or sliced French bread
Directions
Place all ingredients in a medium bowl. Beat with an electric
mixer at medium speed until completely blended, about 1 minute.
Transfer dip to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least four
hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve with crackers or bread.
Barbecue Bourbon Dogs
Prep Time: 5 minutes; Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
½ Cup light brown sugar
½ Cup ketchup
½ Cup bourbon or whiskey
1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
1 (14 to 16 ounce) package hot dogs, cut into 1" pieces
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium
saucepan, bring to a boil. Cook stirring
occasionally until hot dogs are heated
through, about 15 minutes. Serve warm.
