According to an old Turkish proverb, guests bring good luck with them. Everyone can use some good luck and, if inviting guests will help, let's keep those invitations coming! Our Community Guidelines have specific rules pertaining to guests. All residents and guests must register with the staff when first entering our facilities. Six guests are permitted, per day, per household. Anyone over 18 years of age is considered to be an adult, while those under 18 are children. Guests must be accompanied by a Four Seasons resident when using the facilities and are welcome to use the pool, the Bistro, Salon and attend private parties in facility rooms. They may also participate in games such as bocce ball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, ping pong and tennis. Adult and children guests may not use the sauna, workout, locker and computer rooms. Children are not allowed on the putting green or in the pool area at The Courts. They are allowed in The Lodge pool during the hours of 1 to 4 pm and may also use the restrooms only in The Lodge locker room. In addition, clubs and classes are for residents only and guests may not attend. Guests, however, may participate in those activities that are designated as "groups." An updated list of how each activity is designated is being compiled and will be available within the next few months. The updated list will be available on fourseasonsbeaumont. org. Trail usage is for residents and guests. The use of motorized vehicles, bicycles and conveyances with wheels such as strollers is prohibited except for mobility devices operated by disabled trail users. And don't forget to obtain a parking pass for guests if they intend to park on the street overnight. A pass will be issued when you give The Lodge attendant the dates and car information. If the car will be parked in the driveway, a pass is not needed. Community Guidelines require us to sign in our guests and accompany them throughout their visit at Four Seasons. This way, we know that the rules are being observed for the betterment of our community. Then we can sit back and enjoy all the good luck that will be coming our way! ~ Margie Chadburn Rules & Regulations committee FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | SEPTEMBER 2018 21
