FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | SEPTEMBER 2018 5 By Eric Zarr, General Manager MANAGER'S REPORT BOARD UPDATES: I am sad to say that Claudeen Diaz has resigned at the beginning of August and moved with her husband to be closer to family in Colorado. I want to thank her for her many years of service to the community as she was on the Finance Committee prior to being elected to the Board of Directors. Thank you! I also want to welcome Jolene Cooley as our new Board Member and CFO. Welcome! PROPOSED RULE CHANGES: We have posted proposed rule changes in The Lodge at the Bulletin Board as well as printed copies at the front desk. These proposed changes have also been sent via e-blast to all that are subscribed to the Daily Report and posted on our website. If you would like a printed copy to review and can't make it to The Lodge please call and we will send or deliver a copy to you. Please return any comments you have by Sept. 12 for Board review. GATE CONTROL: When you have visitors come to Four Seasons, please have them enter through the Potrero Gate. I have been outside the community and overheard residents speaking with their friends and give the Breckenridge Gate code for their friends to enter the community. The Breckenridge Gate is a construction gate and should not be used by residents or their guests. Thank you for your help and cooperation! By Lisle Hathaway Dewar I was on Four Seasons Circle between The Summit and The Courts when I spotted one of those large bobcats everyone has been warning us about since we moved out here in April. It was multi-colored and looked very powerful. I was a little frightened, but I thought it would scare me more than it did. They say if you see one to be really loud and get big. I started yelling in my loudest voice, "You have nothing on me, you big beast!" I flailed my arms in an attempt to look as big as possible. Then I realized I was in my car, and I was probably just looking like an idiot. I did pull over to take a picture. As I did so, it slowly passed by me. I gave it a downward glare, but it didn't stop to tangle with me. I did get a good picture of it. Story continues on page 6. Large Bobcat Spotted in Four Seasons CALENDAR CHANGES You must complete a Schedule Change Request Form, found on the website or at the Front Desk in The Lodge, by the 8th of the month to make it in the following month's calendar.
