Our class is free so join us Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 am! We are always delighted to welcome a couple of new members to our SASY Team. We've been lifting weights in Four Seasons now for about 12 years. We do start early. As we advertise each month, we do not restrict chatting. We feel this is the catalyst that keeps team members returning. We welcome all and hope you will stop by to check out our program. You will have fun! Clarence has hosted the group several times. The Venables find that the information addressed in the meetings has been helpful in keeping them aware of new information on a number of their own health concerns. The program's focus is informational on a myriad of subjects from suggestions on food choices when we dine out to keeping an active lifestyle. We meet every Wednesday at 9 am in the Multipurpose Room. Thank you. Info., Dave and Karen Tuvim, 599-4236. "Walk-Fit" Exercise Club Finally, the weather is beginning to cool a little. Fall is just around the corner. I see a few more people out and about now walking and enjoying the fresher air. If you are looking for a way to get some aerobic exercise, give "Walk Fit" a try. Aerobic walking is one of the healthiest things you can do to maintain a healthy body. The class has grown a little recently which makes it more fun for all of us. Aerobic walking is what we do. The class consists of eight different Leslie Sansone "Walk Fit" dvds. The easy-to-follow routines are set to music with varying tempos. The complete class is four miles, but you can come late or leave early to shorten your routine and work at your own level. A few of the dvds incorporate resistance bands (always optional). Some class members add light hand weights for added strength training. Stop by and give us a try. New members are always welcome! Class Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri 7:45 to 8:45 am in the Lodge Ballroom.
