WINTER WATERING: Cut back how often you water. For lawns, two or
three times a week for three minutes between the hours of 2 and 5 am. Plants, two times
a week for two minutes, depending on kind of plant. Bushes, once or twice a week for
two to three minutes. Trees, once a week
for three minutes.
SMOKE & CARBON
MONOXIDE ALARMS:
Most of these were installed by the
builder. They are hooked up to your
electrical system, but all have a back-up
6 volt battery. They are easy to replace,
but I do not recommend you climb a
ladder to do same. If one starts to BEEP,
it is telling you to replace the battery.
When this happens I suggest you change
all of them at the same time. I replace
all of mine once a year on (Jan. 2).
