FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | NOVEMBER 2018 41 Let's Dance (ballroom dance) Line Dancing Our Christmas Dinner Dance is Friday, Dec. 7. Doors open at 4 pm, with dinner at 5 pm and dancing from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. Rhonda & The Showdown Band will provide our dance music for the evening. See the poster in The Lodge for more details and how to purchase tickets. This event is only $25 pp for a full dinner and an evening of wonderful music, dancing and friendship. No wonder it is a sellout! So don't miss out and get your tickets now! Each month we learn a new dance in our Monday night classes. The featured dance for December is the Waltz and Viennese Waltz. The Waltz is a graceful dance characterized by its rise and fall. It has flowing, slower movements that couples always enjoy, almost as if floating around the ballroom floor. Whereas, the Viennese Waltz is a lovely, more fast-paced twirling dance. Both versions have become a favorite of Four Season's Let's Dance members. They are easy to learn and are danced to music that lingers in your spirit and one can get lost in its melodies. Buy your tickets now for the Christmas Dinner and Dance Party. Then plan to join us in the Ballroom on Monday nights for classes. Newcomers and beginners meet at 6 to 7 pm; intermediate and advanced at 7 to 8 pm. The cost is $10 per person with our professional instructors. It is a great opportunity to meet some new friends and neighbors and get a little exercise at the same time. Hope to see you in the Ballroom. For more information, contact Puring or Gary Stifter at (951) 922- 8333, or purings@verizon.net. ~ Sue Condurachi The holiday season is upon us already! Our holiday party will be held on Friday, Nov. 16 in the Ballroom. Doors open at 4 pm and dinner will be served at 5 pm. It will be a catered dinner and of course, dancing!
