We strive to serve the needs of all homeowners. We do see all
new residents and/or their plans within four months of when they
move in. However, we also see a significant number of established
homeowners as they change their landscaping or exterior of their
homes.
We would like to invite you to attend one of our meetings to see
just what we do. If you have questions about something that you
might want to do or need some guidance in how to make your
concept work within the guidelines.
We are always open to guests. We meet the first and third
Wednesdays of every month at 8:30 am in the RCN Conference

Architectural review Committee
We are striving to meet objectives for the HOA takeover from
K. Hovnanian, anticipated to occur at the conclusion of 2019. The
committee expects final gas company approval for the dog park
anytime now — Eric is in weekly contact with them. Research
continues for additional storage and amphitheater modifications;
Willis had a successful meeting with the city of Beaumont to consider
potential projects. A report is being compiled to release the Master
Plan survey findings.
We welcome homeowners' interest. Our meetings are at 9 am on
the fourth Thursday of the month in the RCN Conference Room.
