Somebody told me it's November and
I said, "No way, we just had Christmas."
Oh, it does slip away. A couple of things
happened in October; because of a safety
issue, we had an additional board added
to the top of the backstops to avoid shoes
from flying up and over them.
The new member I mentioned last
month who I called Hank is Hank Negrete,
and after a couple weeks of play is beating
me! I just love it when that happens.
Our monthly social in October for
dessert after dinner at the Bistro was
hosted by Gary Christie and Linda
Mendelsen. Always a special event at
their home with desserts worth gaining a
couple of pounds for. Well done, Gary and
Linda.
Our starting time is now at 9 am at The
Summit. So come out and help us enjoy

We are looking forward to several trips already in
the planning stages, so please join us at The Lodge the
second Thursday of the month at 6 pm for our monthly
meeting and to get more information about our trips.
We currently have excursions planned for Arizona,
Colorado River (California side), Huntington Beach,
