Young at Heart
A HUGE thank you to Teri Comerford and her
"Minions" for putting on a grand sold out event
with the Killer Dueling Pianos. Everyone had
a glorious time!
DEC. 31 FEATHERS & FEDORAS NEW
YEARS EVE EVENT: This is our YAH grand
finale for 2018 and it will be a member's exclusive
celebration to welcome the New Year. Dust off your
fedoras and boas and join your fellow YAH
members at the South Clubhouse for a
Roaring 20s themed New Years Eve celebration.
The fun gets underway at 8 pm. Cost is $27.50 pp. Your cost covers
heavy appetizers, a champagne toast at midnight, party favors and
music by an awesome band called Shoot For Tuesday! BYOB. Checks
are being accepted now and can be dropped off at 4713 Skyview
Circle. If you wish to sit with a table of friends, submit your checks
together. Michele Walter is the contact person for this event, 202-
8009. This event sells out quickly, so get your checks in soon. For
more information there are flyers in the lobby of the Main Clubhouse.
2018 is winding down fast and we are
starting to make plans for 2019. Here are
a few events in the planning stages for
2019 so mark your calendars.
Jan. 20 at 2 pm, Palm Canyon Theater,
Guys and Dolls, $36.
Feb 15 at 6 pm, Brazilian Carnival
Celebration at the South Clubhouse,
more to follow.
March date to be announced, 5
pm, Tail Gate to Polo Matches in Indio.
April 13 Wine Tasting
May 5 Cinco de Mayo Golf tournament.
