Int'l Culture Club
In the month of December, the ICC celebrates the end of the year and the Christmas
holiday with a very special buffet dinner for the enjoyment of its members and guests.
Doors to the Ballroom open at 5:30 pm on the second Thursday evening of the month
and you will be greeted by President Evelyn Hawkins and Vice President Martie Steggell.
You will find a pre-set dinner salad at your table of mixed greens with dried
cranberries, mushrooms, and red onion rings with ranch and raspberry vinaigrette
dressings, along with warm dinner rolls and butter. The buffet that starts at 6:30 pm by
table call will feature a strip loin carving station with Cabernet au jus and horseradish
sauce, champagne salmon, mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a warm pecan
caramel brownie for dessert which will be table served along with coffee and water. Iced
tea is found on a side board.
The Sophisticats will play for your dancing and listening pleasure starting at 6 pm.
You can sign up for this very special year-end event for the club on the first Thursday
afternoon of the month at 3 pm at the North Clubhouse. Members pay $24 and non-
resident guests as well as first-time try before you buy people pay $27.
Our club dues are $25 pp for the new year starting in January and are now due and
payable by check. If you are not a member and wish to join for next year you can do so
at this sign up and be entitled to attend this December event.
If you find after signing up, that you cannot attend, contact Carol Hurt at 769-1315
no later than the following Sunday afternoon following the sign up and she will return
your check. Otherwise you can contact her for a take-out meal box.
