december's full of fun january's all business Room Reservations We are currently taking Clubhouse room reservations. Any activity that is not sponsored by a club needs to be reserved for 2019. Applications to book a room for Mahjong, Card games, Music Practice, Games and Special Interests will be available at the Clubhouse receptionist desk. Seniority is based on a lottery; not the length of time you have lived in the community. Lottery results determine order of entry and does not guarantee space. These results have been posted on the window of the Event Coordinator's office. Please keep in mind rooms are shared in order to accommodate as many residents as possible. Confirmations will be located at the front desk during the second week of December. If you prefer a private room, our rentals for 2019 will be open the week of Jan. 14, 2019. Information regarding priority use of the Clubhouse can be located in your resident handbook. Our 2018 reservations have totaled over 13K and we are already at 6,000 reservations for next year. Please keep in mind, our Clubhouse is a lively place filled with lots of laughter, music and lots of conversation. Good luck!
