| OHCC LIVING | DECEMBER 2018 | 39 If anyone would like to participate in our activities and is unable to get to the clubhouse, please contact Chris Sanderson at (858) 442-1834. We have volunteers ready to pick you up! Generally, Tuesday evenings and Friday afternoons we all work on our own projects, Thursday mornings there is open sewing time or projects. The second Saturday is a 'Sew-In' and on the fourth Saturday, the Wearable Arts group will be up to something. A complete list of happenings is listed on the Bulletin Board in the Sewing Room. November was a fun month! Many of us are scrambling on Christmas projects, but in the midst of it all we managed to have two fun membership projects. We made the ever- popular Click-It Bag and then Papercrafters had us creating gift tags. Perfect for the approaching holidays! Some individual accomplishments: La Vergne finally finished the Civil War quilt she has been making for her son. The war is over and La Vergne won! Marcia finished a 10-minute table runner. Marilyn Milligan turned in the last cradle quilt of the year. In addition, Diane Bellerive finished a beautiful quilt. Please visit our website, lovingly updated by Terri Eckhardt. http://ohccsewing. wixsite.com/ohccsewing Seen somewhere: The only place where housework comes before needlework is in the dictionary.
