I really think that The Lodge, Courts and Summit attendants do a fantastic job. It has been my experience that they often go above and beyond to accommodate us. Every experience I have had has been pleasant. For example, when I purchased a window sticker, instead of just selling me the sticker and telling me to read the instructions, the attendant supplied the sticker with a little tape. He (I wish I knew his name) told me to try it out because cars are different heights and to get the right spot on the windshield, put the sticker on temporarily to see if it works. Then if it does, peel off the backing and put it on the correct spot. I appreciated that very much. I see things like that happening so many times and residents don't even say "thank you." In fact, more times than not, I have seen the attendants having to "handle" a situation that should not have been a situation. Residents get angry about something that has nothing to do with the attendants but they get the backlash. So when I say I really appreciate them, I do. Thank you to the wonderful staff.
