26 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JANUARY 2019
The Safety Committee met on Dec. 4 and heard from a concerned
resident about speeding on Green Creek, which is being used by some
as a shortcut to the Portrero Gate.
The limit on Green Creek is 25 mph and is not part of Four Seasons
Circle, where the limit is slightly higher at 30 mph. The goal of all of
us should be to drive safely and with due regard for our neighbors. A
speed bump has been approved for the Crooked Creek exit and stop
signs have been painted on Heritage/Lantern Bridge junction with
Four Seasons.
The long-running project to get the crosswalk flashing lights
activated by push button is still under review.
Our next meeting will be in the RCN building on Tuesday, Jan.
8 when your input on all matters safety related is welcome. In the
meantime, please slow down, enjoy the holiday season, and have a
Happy New Year. ~ Geoffrey Wilson
Happy New Year to all of our
Four Seasons residents! The
Social Committee has been
very busy and has an exciting
calendar of events planned for
2019. To start the year off we
are presenting a comedy show
highlighting Ron Ruhman and
Company. This show will take
place on Feb. 23. Tickets will
go on sale Jan. 21 in The Lodge
and the cost is $20 per person
(dessert and specialty coffee
bar is included). Look for the
poster and flyers in The Lodge
Lobby in January for further
details. Get your tickets early
because this promises to be
a sell-out performance. Take
care! ~ Pamela Morales
