Well, we finally said good-bye to 2018, with
some mixed emotions, but are looking forward to
having a really good 2019. We will give you a week
to recuperate from the holidays before we start our
busy January schedule.
We will have two dances this month, on the
third and fifth Thursdays. The first is on Thurs.,
Jan. 17, and the second on Thurs., Jan. 31.
The dances are in the Main Clubhouse Ballroom
starting at 7 pm and lasting to about 9 pm. All
evening long we do both line dances and couples
dances.
We will continue with the Monday
evening line dance lessons. Since the
class is doing so well we will start teaching
intermediate difficulty line dances. The
first instruction for 2019, will be Mon., Jan.
7. Lessons will also be on Mondays, Jan.
14, 21, and 28. Lessons are at the South
Clubhouse from 7 to 8:30 pm.
Couples dance instruction will be
on Tues., Jan. 15, and 29, in the South
Clubhouse from 7 to 8 pm.

Pink Ukuladies
The Pink Ukuladies are reviewing songs to contribute in the Loma Linda Festival next May. Their addition
in the Chorale concert was appreciated by everyone. All three performances were a success, with many other
instruments as well as dancers.
Practices were dark for latter December, 2018, in honor of the Holiday Season. The Ukuladies look forward to
an exciting new year, and this group is particularly popular among Sun Lakes residents.
