We hope all your New Year's resolutions work their way into your daily lives. Our Christmas Bunco celebration was full of fun, food and friendship. We have been playing Bunco at the Lodge for at least 12 years and it has always been fun. We hope to continue this year with even more friendship. I have experienced first hand how our wonderful group of ladies support each other through the good times and the bad. We have become a family. I invite you to become a member of this great family group. We meet on the fourth Friday of the month at 12:45 pm in the Card Room. Unfortunately our seating is limited to 32 people, we only have eight tables and the game is played with 4 people at a table. Reservations are required a head of time. We can not accept same day walk ins. All we ask is for you to contact Paulette Defterios at (951) 467-0179 or paulettedeft@gmail.com to add your name to the reservation list. If you have never played this is the game for you as it only takes a few rolls of the dice to understand the game. Please join us in the New Year, meet some new friends. It may be a new year, but thankfully the fun and games in our community continue on. If you enjoy playing games, please consider joining us at Mexican Train on Tuesday evenings. Whether you're an experienced player or a newcomer to the game, everyone is welcome. We play every Tuesday evening in the Lodge Multipurpose Room. Scrabble I hear many people talk about how much they like to play Scrabble, so why not come over to the Lodge and check out our Scrabble Group. If you enjoy playing 'Words With Friends' or other word games on the computer or your phone, why not take a break from that screen and come play Scrabble with some live people! Our primary objectives are to have a good time and keep our brains active while socializing with friends. Poker Mondays and Thursdays at 12 pm in the Multipurpose room. Come join us! Fun & Games Mah Jongg Club Happy New Year from the Mahjongg Club. The Mahjongg Club would like to invite you to join us this year and have a fun time playing and socializing. Now is the perfect time for all of you guys and gals who are curious about the game to come and learn how to play. Or, you may be an experienced player who is new to our community and would like to join our group. We play every Monday and Thursday from 1 to 3:30 pm in the Multipurpose Room. If you want to learn how to play, we have written instructions and someone is always available to teach you. You are welcome to come and observe anytime when we are playing. We also have birthday luncheons, holiday parties and other get-togethers throughout the year. For our holiday party on Nov. 29, we got together for a fun time and enjoyed delicious pizzas and salads and homemade goodies before playing.
