Due to some of the excursion refund policies and to keep cancellations down to a minimum, we ask those who wish to sign up for an excursion to please check your calendar for prior engagements prior to signing up for excursions. REFUND POLICY: 1. Cancellations made 30 days prior to the departure date of an excursion or special event will qualify for a full refund, unless otherwise specified. 2. Cancellations made after the 30 day refund deadline are not refundable. However, if an excursion or event has sold out and there is a wait list, the Recreation Department may issue a refund if the ticket can be resold from the wait list. For theater excursions, please let staff know at the time of sign up if you would like to sit next to a specific person. For casino trips, residents must provide addresses for their guests. Passengers need to be in good physical health, able to board and re-board a motorcoach bus (several times if needed), walk up and down a flight of stairs and be able to walk reasonable distances. Passengers should know their own limitations before signing up for some trips* ON A TRIAL BASIS, YOUR NUMBER FOR LOADING ON THE BUS WILL BE DETERMINED BY WHEN YOU BOUGHT YOUR TICKET. We travel to Museums, Casinos, Live Theater, Symphonies, Gardens, Concerts and we also offer a few multiple day trips throughout the year. Some trips will offer lunches or dinners that are included in the price.
