Directors Present Tom Murphy, President Linda Strohm, Vice President Greg Kusiak, Treasurer Scott Goldwasser, Director Peggy Johnson, Director Ira Landis, Director Directors Absent Dan Golembiewski, Secretary Management Present Wendy Panizza, General Manager Ruth Mbah, Senior Admin. Assistant Maureen Huitt, Landscape Director Gregory Johnson, Maintenance Director Chris Bessey, Clubhouse Director Other Samantha Heredia, Interim AUS Supervisor Homeowners Present 32 Homeowners 1. PRESENTATION OF ACTION ITEMS MOTION CONSENT CALENDAR A. Regular Session Minutes: December 20, 2018. Meeting minutes from Dec. 20, 2018. Approved, without objection. B. Transfers over $10,000 Approved, without objection. 2. Motions Made: A. Clubhouse Interior Design Renovation Bids To approve Johnson Interiors proposal in an amount NTE $3.3,750 to work as consultant with Clubhouse Interior Design Committee. Four in favor (D. Golembiewski voted by phone)/Three – opposed (I. Landis/L. Strohm/P. Johnson, due to lack of confidence in Johnson Interiors). Motion passes. B. Request for Bids – Insurance Renewal To approve staff to solicit three bids from insurance companies for review and action at February Board Meeting. Approved, without objection. C. KPPM Annual Meeting To approve the closure of the HOA office on Jan. 31, 2019 for staff to attend the annual KPPM Meeting. Approved, without objection. D. Refund Request To approve reversing stop payment fee in the amount of $25 to account #12160060301. Approved, without objection. E. Landscape Committee Tree Recommendations As recommended by Staff and the Landscape Committee, to approve the removal of 0 trees and the pruning of 3 trees, taking no action on 5 trees. Approved, without objection. F. Golf Cart Parking in the Former "Flag Court" To send this matter to the CSC for further discussion and recommendation to the Master Board. Approved, without objection. G. Committee Application Appointment Appointments to the following committees were approved without objection: ARC: David Fitzwilliam, Norman Borne and Robert Smith AV: Steve Malone, Janice Hart, Doug Wright and Robert Schoonover CSC: Diane Rundles, Judy Harris and Carmen Cook GC: Dennis Lady, Greg Coffey and Jack Hall LS: Elaine Kowalik, Alma Cisco-Smith and Prem Sharma MCC: Shannon Johnston, Gene Gliozzo and Barbara Lange ADJOURNMENT With no further business to be discussed, President Murphy adjourned the meeting at 2:54 pm.
