| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | April 2019 | 11 Access Control Committee As a result of the number of vehicles entering through the Four Seasons community and the constant back-up of maintenance and service vehicles entering the guest lane at the front gate, the Access Control Committee has sought a solution to this issue from a sister community in Palm Desert. They, and other sites, allow qualified vendors the opportunity to purchase RFID tags. Registered vendors and service providers can use the resident lane during specified hours reducing the backlog at the front gate. At the Feb. 27 Regular Session meeting, the Board of Directors reviewed and approved the Vendor RFID program. A brief outline of the program is listed below. Purpose of the Program: • Identify the contractors and service providers that frequently provide services for the residents of the Four Seasons at Hemet community. • To ensure that those contractors and service providers are aware of the Rules and Regulations outlined in this document. • This program is designed to alleviate congestion at the Four Seasons at Hemet front gate. • To ensure that the contractors and service provider's vehicles that enter the Four Seasons at Hemet community have the proper insurance as required by state law. • Establish a preferred contractor and service provider list available to residents. (As the program evolves, this list will be periodically updated) • All contractors, vendors and service providers will be required to review, acknowledge & sign the R.F.I.D. Application prior to an RFID Tag being purchased and installed on the vehicle. Contractors, vendors, service providers and their employees will be required to comply with the rules and regulations. Failure to follow the Association's Rules and Regulations may result in the suspension/ deactivation of the RFID tag. If your vendor, or service provider, might benefit from this program, or if they have questions, please direct them to the Lodge. Copies of the rules, regulations and the fee schedule are available. Facilities Committee Preventive maintenance inspections are done monthly by a two person team. Our findings are then taken back to the other committee members. We discuss the best way to fix the problem,to repair or replace. We prefer to replace parts if available, rather than replace when possible. We welcome suggestions. If you see something say something. Just fill out a maintenance work order at the front desk. It will then be given to the our committee for discussion and research. It may not be a quick response so please be patient. We can promise you a written response to your suggestion or complaint. One of our areas to check is our new storage shed. All clubs and committees need to label all of their containers in their assigned areas and make sure your containers do not spill into other club's or committee's assigned areas. Thank you in advanced for your cooperation. Have a great spring!
