Please join the FirstService Residential team in congratulating Tiya Jones on her promotion to Administrative Assistant. Tiya began just a short 10 months ago and has proven to be an asset to the team. In her new role Tiya will be manning the administration desk in the RCN office. GENERAL MANAGER'S REPORT By Eric Zarr Have you returned your ballot? The election for Board candidates started last month and ballots were sent out. If you have not voted and returned your ballot, there is still time. Ballots will be accepted until April 15. Elections cost thousands of dollars and the future of our community relies on homeowners taking an active role and staying involved. Please take the time to vote. The Board of Directors election timeline: April 15 — Deadline for ballot return. April 16 — Ballot count begins and continues to April 17 until the count is complete. April 18 — The annual HOA meeting will be held in The Lodge Ballroom at 1 pm to announce the election results and Board positions. April 19 — Board election results published on the fourseasonsbeaumont.org website and in the Daily Report. ~ Kris Corbett FOUR SEASONS HOA NEEDS YOUR VOTE! SHANNON ALFARO ADMIN ASST. We are pleased to announce that Shannon Alfaro has taken over the responsibilities for landscape items as well as the position of Landscape Committee Liaison. OUTDOOR POOLS The Lodge and The Courts pools will be heated and ready for swimmers by Easter weekend. This year Easter falls on April 21. HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES It has come to our attention on a few occasions that golf cart drivers use the handicapped spaces for parking at The Lodge without displaying a placard allowing them to use the space. Please refrain from parking in the handicapped accessible spaces if you do not have authorization. The Community Guidelines part 1, page 23 states: all streets within the project are subject to applicable laws, ordinances and regulations of all governmental agencies having jurisdiction over the project.
