SOLERA DIAMOND VALLEY | APRIL 2019 21 Neighborhood Watch Neighborhood Watch is the primary conduit for the receipt and dissemination of information regarding issues of a nature that effect the safety and security of the residents. The residents help our local police department and our existing security officers by becoming the eyes and ears of these agencies; observing and reporting suspicious conduct ultimately decreasing crime within the community.
