The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) has seen an expected
slowdown during the winter months. With the recent warmer and
drier weather we expect much busier months in the near future.
While a large portion of the applications we review are for initial
landscaping, we are seeing more activity in changes to existing
homes. Some of the homes in our community are reaching an age
where significant maintenance is required. This can be viewed as an
opportunity to tweak what was done in the past or even completely
change your focus and create a new landscape.
While maintaining existing landscaping and structures does
not require submitting an application and obtaining approval, any
change including new types of plants and structures will.
Over the life of our community there have been many changes to
our Architectural Guidelines and Standards which is the document
mandated by our CC&Rs that spells out the requirements for
homeowner landscaping and exterior building standards.
If you are considering updating your landscape, outdoor
structures, or home exterior, please review the current Architectural
Guidelines and Standards. The document is available on our website
www.fourseasonsbeaumont.org. You can also obtain a printed copy
at the management office.
ARC meets in the RCN Conference Room the first and third
Wednesday of each month at 8:30 am. In every meeting we
encourage homeowners to ask questions about their current and
future applications as well as all areas that the ARC handles.
It would be our pleasure to meet you and discuss your
questions and/or concerns at any of our meetings. ~ Steve Cooley,

FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | MAY 2019 27
Greetings! Our plans for the Fashion Show "Springtime at the Flower Market" are in full bloom. Our models are busy practicing so they can
properly display the beautiful outfits provided by Chico's in Cabazon. This is another sellout event, and we are so excited for June 1 to arrive.
Until then, take care. ~ Pamela Morales, pamelamorales26@gmail.com
