6 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | MAY 2019 May hooray! Spring is in the air and so is entertainment! "Gail Games" is back in the Ballroom on Friday, May 3 at 6 pm. The game Gail Lindeboom is doing this time is called, "Majority Rules." If you've been to one of these hilariously entertaining events then you'll know that it's a fun way to spend dinner time with friends. Please feel free to bring your own favorite beverage as well as your home appetizers or Smitty's Bistro dinners into the game. There are even prizes awarded. What a fun evening. Are you practicing singing in the spring rain? Well, that qualifies you to come to our next Karaoke in The Lodge Ballroom on Saturday, May 4 at 5:30 pm. We need practiced resident celebrities to inspire the Karaoke newbies. Come and join us, all are welcome. You don't have to actually sing in order to come, we're also recruiting for professional clappers, to keep the energy level high and exciting. Come on out and exercise your enthusiasm. As you will read further in this Breeze issue, on May 10 and 11 is the Performing Arts Show called, "The Night they Raided Smitsky's." This is a PG-55 show, meaning that there will be suggestive material in the show, nothing explicit, just light-hearted fun. If you haven't already gone to The Lodge desk to pick up tickets for your preferred show night, do it now, so you don't have to kick yourself later after hearing how good it was. There is no cost for admittance, but you will still require a ticket to get in. Here are some other spring fun times to explore (details are throughout this Breeze issue): Trivia Night on May 5, Amphitheater Concert Series starts on Sunday, May 19, Ballroom Dance has a party, Women's Bible Study has a party and then finally preparations for the upcoming June Fashion Show are well under way… speaking of that, let me add that as of this writing and contrary to popular belief, the Fashion Show was not sold out and there are still 20 tickets left on the first week of ticket sales. Have a blast enjoying all of the entertainment explosion May has to offer! See you around The Lodge.
