He will be missed and we wish him happy travels in his retirement. On another note we want to welcome the new Manager, Dave Barmore The organizational meeting for next season will be in the Main Clubhouse on Oct. 1. Bowling starts on Oct. 15. If you have any questions regarding this league, call Teri Comerford at 760-217-9656. Sun Lakers III I learned today while bowling, that generally a person's bowling average goes down as they age. I was reminded that because my bowling average is already rather low, by the time I'm in my 90s it will probably be a negative number. By the time I'm 90, a robot will be bowling for me raising my average. We're done with sweeps week, and enjoyed our luncheon on April 23 which concluded this fall season. It's been a blast! Bowlers of all levels are encouraged to join one of our leagues contact Greg Kent at (949) 678-5227 or Teri Comerford (760) 217- 9656. Need equipment? Canyon Lanes will provide a "house" ball of various weights for all needs and shoes can be rented. Also you can purchase a fresh new state of the art bowl and comfy shoes from Canyon Lanes. | SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | MAY 2019 | 55
