Those of you who didn't attend the Champagne Brunch on April 7 really missed
out. This reporter's opinion among others, "It was delicious." The bubbly flowed
freely, and food choices were abundant. The ribs, chicken and salmon (my favorite)
were cooked to perfection. There were multiple side dishes and if breakfast was your
craving, the omelets could only be described as gourmet. Kudos to the chef.
Before filling our plates, Richard announced that hidden in the lobby were three
large Easter Eggs with prizes inside. There wasn't a stampede but quite a few residents
left their tables to join the hunt. All eggs were found quickly. The winner of the jar of
jelly bean's contest was Alicia Villa. Her guess (401) won her a Starbucks Gift Card.
