MESSAGE

I am honored to join the on-site management staff at Solera Diamond
Valley as the new General Manager. I have already met so many wonderful
people here and I look forward to meeting the rest of you in the near future.
Please feel free to swing by the office and introduce yourself next time you are
at the Lodge.
Presently, I am learning all I can about this gorgeous community and the
various needs of its homeowners. My first objective is to ensure a smooth
operation and help to create a cohesive team environment. As most of you
know by now, the Board has selected Seabreeze Management Company to
manage the community, effective July 1, 2019. The Board and staff are well
aware that, at times, this change may be difficult to navigate and hard to accept
for many people. I want to let you all know that I am making it my personal
mission to make this transition as seamless as possible. If at any point in the
process you experience a bump in the road, please do not hesitate to reach out
to me directly and I will do everything I can to assist you with your issue.
Thank you all for such a warm welcome! I am so grateful to be here.
