| SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | JUNE 2019 | 45 Dinner Dance Club It's that time again when we have so many things going on we wonder how we'll ever be able to fit it all in. It's also time for Sun Lakes Charity Week! Our new schedule calls for Dinner Dance Club to be dark in the month of June so that you can participate in all the activities associated with Charity Week and still handle all those other June activities and commitments. Sun Lakes does a great job in raising money to support organizations in the Banning Pass, and we're sure you will want to participate in as many of those activities as possible. Join in, help your community, and have a really great time. Thank you to all our members for their participation and support. We look forward to seeing you in July! Int'l Culture Club In the month of June the ICC will celebrate Prom Night. We will dance to the music of American Made. You will find a pre-set iceberg wedge dinner salad with tomato, bleu cheese and bacon bits. The salad will be served with both bleu cheese and balsamic dressings. Our buffet entrée will consist of stuffed chicken breast mozzarella and broccoli (served with a red pepper cream sauce) and beef short rib. We will also have mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Our dessert will be chocolate-covered strawberries. Sign up for this dinner dance on the first Thursday afternoon of the month at 3 pm at the North Clubhouse. Members will pay $25 and non-resident guests $28. Our try- before-you-join is still in effect. The try before you buy price is $28. For new members our annual club membership is $25 for the year. If you find after signing up that you cannot attend, call Carol Hurt at (951) 769-1315 no later than the following Sunday afternoon after the sign up and she will return your check. After Sunday afternoon you can request a take-out meal box which you will be able to pick up after 7 pm on the night of the dance. Call Marilyn Forhane at (951) 845-9455 for information.
