Please note: Schedule is subject to change Mark your calendars for June 27 GENERAL MANAGER MESSAGE By Anna Machado I am absolutely thrilled to announce that Richard Booth and Melissa Valona have decided to stay on board at Solera Diamond Valley with Seabreeze Management, the new management company. Through their dedication and hard work, they have proven to be valuable assets to this community and integral members of the on-site staff. We are all very lucky to have them on our team. I'd like to say a special "Thank you!" to the FAC members. They did a fantastic job analyzing the budgetary needs of the Association and presented a conservative, yet realistic, budget to the Board of Directors for consideration. Job well done! The Board of Directors has approved the 2019-2020 budget. The new monthly assessment amount will be $210 per lot as of July 1. The annual budget mailing was distributed to the membership in May. If you have any questions about the materials you received, please feel free to contact the office. We will be happy to assist. As we quickly approach the July 1 management company transition, please make note of the following: • All owners enrolled in ACH (Direct Debit) through Associa will not need to do anything to disenroll with Associa. No more direct debits will be processed by Associa after July 1. • Seabreeze will not be processing any ACH enrollments until after July 1. Therefore, all July assessment payments will need to made manually. In light of potential hiccups during the transition in management, I want to thank you all in advance for your patience and kindness as we move through this process together. The staff and I have been spending considerable time evaluating each person's role and responsibilities. We've been making some organizational adjustments to create a better flow for the on-site staff. There are still some adjustments to be made, but I am confident that these efforts will be beneficial to Solera Diamond Valley as we move toward a brighter future. There are some really great things on the horizon and I feel so fortunate to be part of it! To all the fathers, stepfathers, grandfathers, uncles and male role models out there: It really does "take a village" to raise up children in this crazy world of ours. I hope you find joy in knowing there are people out there that truly appreciate the role you've played in their lives. Happy Father's Day to you all!
