GUEST POLICY We had a great turnout at the Town Hall meeting held on June 4 regarding
guest policy for Clubs, Groups and Classes. Please keep an eye out for any rule changes that
the Rules & Regulations Committee, and then Board, consider. Per Civil Code, when the Board
looks at changing or adding rules, those go out for homeowner comment prior to the rule
taking effect. Please make sure that your comments are heard by completing the form for
any proposed rule change. We will post that form online and also have copies at The Lodge
front desk. Although I'm writing this before the June Board meeting takes place, I would not
anticipate any change until at least the July Board meeting.
EMAIL TO REPORT ISSUES We have received quite a few emails to the new email:
issues@fourseasonsbeaumont.org, regarding issues and questions homeowners have had.
Thank you for using this new feature. This is a new email address so if you have an issue to
report (like a broken sprinkler) or a question (what are the facility hours on July 4th) you have
one email address to send those items.
NEW PROJECT COORDINATOR ERIC
ROSENKRANTZ Please join the FirstService Residential team in
welcoming Eric Rosenkrantz as the new Project Coordinator. Eric has
worked for First Service Residential for two years. He comes to us from
the College Park community in Chino, CA. Before making the move to
FirstService Residential, Eric worked three years as a Project Manager
for a pool construction company where his previous construction
background came in very handy. This background and his
eagerness to delve into any project makes Eric just the right fit for
our busy Facilities Committee and Safety Committee. We are so
happy to have Eric on the team. Please take the time to say hi and
make him feel welcome when you see him around.
