40 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JULY 2019
The interest in our club continues
to grow. At the May meeting, over
twenty members were in attendance.
We have a diverse group ranging from
beginners to professionals.
Thanks to Larry Colby for his
informative presentation on the color
yellow. We learned why yellow is so
essential in photography. At the June
meeting, we shared photographs using
yellow to see what we learned.
In May, we reviewed our flower
pictures to see what we learned
from ReNae Stueve's presentation on
flowers. In addition, members sent
in their flower photography for the
club section of the Breeze. I received a
dozen or more first-rate pictures. So,
thanks to all who submitted photos,
but due to limited space, we selected
two images for July.
In June, members brought their
cameras or phones and broke into
small groups to get their questions
answered by knowledgeable club
members.
New members are always welcome
to sit in or join our club. Our goal
is to learn, share, and have fun
with photography. The meeting is
on Tuesday, July 16, at 6:30 pm, in
the RCN. Contact John Baeyertz –

Seasoned Solos
If you are single and enjoy a variety of activities, then Seasoned
Solos just might be the group for you. At each meeting we discuss
what is going on in the Inland Empire and plan activities for the
coming month, from local lunches and dinners to excursions to
presidential libraries, the Redlands Bowl, Metro Link trips into LA,
and the beach train to San Juan Capistrano. There's not much that
we won't consider doing.
We meet on the first Friday of each month in The Lodge Arts &
Crafts Room at 6 pm. For further information, call Joyce at (951)
850-3055. ~ Joyce Olson
