MESSAGE

July is a big month for Solera Diamond Valley this year. We say farewell
to Associa-PCM and hello to Seabreeze Management! The staff and
I are very excited to join the Seabreeze Management team and we look
forward to being able to better customize our services to the needs of this
community. This transition in management companies will probably not
affect the average homeowner but it will require some extra work from the
staff which may temporarily cause a slight delay in response times. So I'd
like to ask the residents for a special favor: please be patient over the next
couple of months while we finish this somewhat complicated transition.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated understanding and patience!
July 1 also marks the beginning of the fiscal year. Please make sure
to change your auto-pay settings to reflect the new monthly assessment
amount of $210 in order to avoid any late fees due to partial payments.
Recently, the staff has been diligently auditing the key card database
to remove prior residents access to the facilities. We are nearly finished
with this project and we have now established internal protocols that will
substantially reduce the possibility of the database becoming so out of
date in the future.
Please note that as of July 1 there will no longer be a Community Patrol
Officer on-site Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. The
Board approved this reduction in service in order to save the Association
a substantial amount of money annually.

freedom!
