Bocce Club
Our next member meeting is Aug.
1 at 12 pm. Our Summer Bocce and
Barbecues are July 21, and Aug. 18 with
bocce at 4 pm and barbecue at 5 pm.
Tournaments: The next tournament
will be from July 22 to 26. Sign-up sheets
are posted in the glass case by Court #1.

League: Mike Stansell is the League
Commissioner. There are eight teams that
are playing every Thursday afternoon
through July 18. Prize money will be awarded to the top four teams.
Parties: Summer BBQ under the Stars on Aug.10, Casino Night on
Oct. 5, Holiday Dance, and Potluck on Dec. 7. Details to follow later.

Tuesday afternoon play at 3 pm has been added to the Bocce
schedule, similar to the Thursday 3 pm games.
Good Sportsmanship: Any time all the courts are full and people
are waiting, the losing teams of the first games should leave the
courts to allow those waiting to play the second games. They can
play if there is still space and there are no
more waiting players.
Bocce Rule: Only bocces that are made
during club scheduled events are to be
counted and listed on the bocce sheets in
the glass case.
