Now that summer is in full swing and we have triple digit temps, residents are taking advantage of the early morning and late afternoons to walk and exercise their dogs. Please be aware that when you are walking your dogs that they are NOT allowed to relieve themselves on any resident's yard! I'm not talking about the main streets (Four Seasons, World Cup, etc.), I'm referring to the front and side yards of homes. This rule is stated in the current Rules and Regulations on page 10, Section 5.4 (first bullet point). Please pick up after your pet. Front Gate Project: At the June meeting, the Board of Directors approved a project to add two gate arms, one in the resident lane and the other in the guest lane. Previous Access Committee articles have explained what this project is about. I'm writing to let you know the project will begin Mon., Aug. 5 and it will be completed by Sat., Aug. 10. We have confirmed with the vendor that traffic will not be restricted. We ask that you be careful when driving through the work area. We will be sending out an email reminder a few days before the actual start date. Staff Anniversaries: I'm very happy to announce several anniversaries this month. Maria Donti is celebrating three years with our company serving as the Architectural Administrator. She plays a vital role in supporting the ARC committee's review and enforcement process. The community has benefited by her work ethic and knowledge. Tracie Long, part of our front desk staff, is celebrating four years of service to the community and we are again, grateful to have her serving the residents. Both of these ladies are excellent examples of our company's core values. Thank you Maria and Tracie! I am also happy and grateful to be celebrating my 20th year of HOA management. The key to my survival is being blessed to partner with one of the best management companies in the U.S., receiving ongoing training and education, a great upper management team, a lot of terrific residents, management staff, committee members, and especially the continued support of the Board of Directors throughout these 11+ years at Four Seasons Hemet. Without your support, this community would not be what it is today. Happy August! | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | AUGUST 2019 | 5 General Manager's Message By Rick Ruth
