Mark your calendars for Aug. 13, at 7:30 am. This will be the
first day that tickets will be sold for the Sept. 14, performance of the
Gatlin Brothers. This will be a one of a kind performance celebrating
all the hits of those brothers with such close harmony. For decades,
Larry Gatlin and The Gatlin Brothers have traveled from dusty
Texas stages to White House Performances; from Broadway encores
to Grammy Awards to the top of the music charts, there has been
one unifying element — music! There is no harmony quite as pure
as family harmony. This group has a sound all its own.
Larry, Steve, and Rudy Gatlin will be performing in Abravanel
Hall on Sept. 14, at 7:30 pm. Tickets are $30 each and heavily
subsidized by OHSPA. They are so very personable and will be out
in back to greet you after the concert. I promise that you will be
smiling throughout the entire concert. It is not often that they come
to the West Coast and we at OHSPA are still thinking how lucky
we are to have them coming to our Abravanel Hall in Ocean Hills
Country Club!
We thank all of our Star Donors and patrons for their generous
donations and to all of you who purchase tickets. You are KEEPING
OHSPA ALIVE! Unless you are a Star Donor (and it is not too late
to become a Star Donor), get in line early on Aug. 13, to get your $30
tickets! (If you are new to the village, please know that MANY of
your neighbors get up very early to get an early number rather than
wait until 7:30 am.) We do not accept credit cards so please bring a
check. You may purchase two tickets at the 7:30 am hour and after
9:30 am, you may purchase as many as you wish. If you have any
