Fall can be the perfect time of the year to start your weight loss journey. One that is: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely, and Smart. TOPS weekly meetings offer programs about nutrition, exercise, wellness and more. Our chapter provides ongoing support and encouragement to members no matter where they are in their weight- loss journey. TOPS changes lives! TOPS meetings are held on Thursday at the South Clubhouse with weigh-ins from 9 to 9:50 am with meeting from 10 to 11 am. You may attend one meeting free of charge. Membership is affordable at $32 a year plus $3 a month for chapter dues which gives you six TOPS magazines a year and access to our TOPS website. Come and visit us! New officers are: Leader- Rosalee Strong, Co-Leader- Linda Callahan, Secretary- Sandy Smith, Treasurer- Yvonne Adams, Lillie Brown and Bernie Smith will serve as Weight Recorder and Assistant Weight Recorder. A big thank you goes out to the Officers and Chairmen that served our chapter this last year, you are so much appreciated! TOPS members from Sun Lakes will be attending the Fall Rally to be held Sept. 21, at the San Bernardino Elks Lodge, San Bernardino.
