The Shagwells, known for their British Invasion music and oldies but goodies, are a favorite among the SDV residents. As the sun began to
descend behind the trees on the back patio the band began to play and the we sat back to relax and listen. Many, on the other hand, came out
to dance along with the rock and roll. All and all, everyone was having fun!

The Greek themed party had
residents arriving wearing their
bed sheets. If you saw Animal
House, you knew what to expect.
What wasn't expected was the
105-degree temps outside when
the party began. Thank goodness
it was held out by the pool! With
swimsuits at the ready, we began to
cool off in the water or with a cool
beverage that was offered up. We
even had a mermaid in attendance!
