4 SOLERA DIAMOND VALLEY | SEPTEMBER 2019 September 2019 Compliance Review As summer is now in full effect and our new management transition is complete, there are a few things to be aware of this month. There will be an ongoing audit of the community to ensure all properties are within compliance of current and past violations and HIA submittals. The most common compliance issues that will be addressed are: • Missing front yard trees • Parkway tree maintenance • Landscaping maintenance - bare spots, overgrowth • Faded exterior paint • Faded address numbers • Exterior ornaments Please be sure you are submitting your Home Improvement Applications for all exterior ornaments, front yard furniture and keeping that lawn watered during this dry heat. We are so glad you chose Solera Diamond Valley to be your new home. Your neighbors here are friendly, helpful and respectful, and we're pretty sure you will find it a very relaxing, as well as entertaining, place to live. The Welcome Committee is excited to meet with all our new residents to show you around the premises and to tell you about our local area. We would like to present you with a nice packet of information that we think you will find useful as you settle into the community. There is also some information introducing you to some of our local businesses. In order for us to welcome you properly, we suggest that you contact the front desk and ask to be put on the Welcome Committee contact list. As co-chair of the Solera Diamond Valley Welcome Committee, I'd like to report that since our Committee was formed in January, twenty-three new family units have been added to the Welcome Committee contact list with new neighbors arriving regularly. Our excellent Lifestyle Director, Richard Booth, offers wonderful, creative and entertaining events where you can mix and mingle and make new friends. There are also many clubs and activities for you to become part of. You will find them all listed here in The View. We look forward to welcoming you personally! Be sure to keep yourself in-the-know by reading through your monthly copy of The View Magazine. ~ Clare Mendez, Co-chair, Solera Diamond Valley Welcome Committee WELCOME NEW RESIDENTS!
