14 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | SEPTEMBER 2019 | We sure have had good a share of hot summer weather, hopefully cooler temps are around the corner. Hey, do you remember requesting that the Bistro stay open later (until 7 pm) on the third Friday of the month? Well, you can make use of it — because it is OPEN and AVAILABLE for all your dining pleasure! I've been asked to remind you that only Bistro staff, Bistro liaisons and the lead person in charge of an event in progress are allowed through the Bistro kitchen doors. Due to health and insurance restrictions, no others are allowed. If you need information, ask a food server or contact the front desk attendant for help. Our lucky winner for "Free Sunday Brunch for Two" was pulled at the BOD meeting on July 24 by Cliff Post. The lucky brunch winner ticket had the name Victoria Danner on it! Bistro Committee Name: _____________________________________ Address: ___________________________________ Phone: _____________________________________ FREE SUNDAY BRUNCH FOR Two at the Bistro at Four Seasons (not valid on holidays or special events) SEPTEMBER 2019 Hemet Herald • Limited to ONE ENTRY per residence per month Employee Bio for September: Debi Aldridge Debi is from Norwalk, then Lake Elsinore before she moved to Hemet to take care of her aging parents. She has worked at Four Seasons for three years and as she says "for the best boss in the world." She loves her job and enjoys the great customers at the Bistro. For fun she likes to shoot pool, ride quads and gamble a little at our local casinos. Her favorite sports teams are the Dodgers and the Steelers. Debi has two children and six grandkids, add to that, four brothers, their wives and two daughters- in-law, they all make up a big, very close knit family, and she's on top of keeping it that way. "It's all about family," being her slogan. She helped raise her two granddaughters for eight years. They are now ages nine and 11. Her dream for the future is that her kids and grandkids will enjoy happy and successful lives and that she be here to witness and enjoy it all with them. And that's me, Patt, "Double T."
