14 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | OCTOBER 2019 | I feel like I have melted through August and September and should be several pounds lighter, but apparently that's not how it works, I'm already looking at October without a spark of weight loss. Francisco will be serving his once a month, Sunday Brunch on the first Sunday of this month (Oct. 6), followed by something new, a special Bratwursts dinner for your third Friday (18th) of the month. He'll be at the Car Show serving omelets for breakfast and hamburgers for lunch. For your enjoyment of Taco Tuesday (29th), grab your food, park on the patio and get in the mood for the Once Again Band doing their thing on the Plaza. Last one of the year AND Halloween costume contest and prizes too. With Halloween finishing out the month, on the 31st, Francisco's special will be ghostly mashed potatoes, piled next to sliced meatloaf, maybe some blood-red tomato on your salad. Don't let that scare you, it's really good. Do you get hungry for something that isn't on our menu? Francisco loves to experiment and be challenged by your appetite pleasures, so on a slip of paper, drop a menu choice into the "Sunday Brunch For Two Bowl" so that it gets transferred to Francisco. Give us a HINT of something you liked and miss eating here, let us try to satisfy that hunger! If you put your phone number on a suggestion slip of paper, a call from one of the Bistro Liaisons could give Francisco added information about the style or flavoring of something you have been missing. Francisco values your opinion. You asked for third Friday nights to be open until 7 pm and he is doing that, and your participation needs to make that worthwhile. He is willing to try new things and add to your dining pleasure while continuing to do what works best for all. The lucky winner of the Sunday Brunch for two for Sept. is JoAnne Catalano, her ticket was drawn by Tony Criscenti at the August BOD meeting. Bistro Committee Bistro Employee of the Month Name: _____________________________________ Address: ___________________________________ Phone: _____________________________________ FREE SUNDAY BRUNCH FOR Two at the Bistro at Four Seasons (not valid on holidays or special events) OCTOBER 2019 Hemet Herald • Limited to ONE ENTRY per residence per month Employee for October is Melissa Marquez, our youngest and newest member of the Bistro family. She has been serving us part time now for five months. She is a young mother of two beautiful children, a son age 12 and a daughter age six, and is happily in love with her high school sweetheart Carlos. She came from Long Beach when her parents decided to leave the big city and purchased a home in Hemet. She feels blessed to be at Four Seasons, grateful for her great boss, the nice residents and the crew she works with which all makes her feel very much at home here. For fun she likes to dance, ride quads, ride horses, and create memories with her children. She likes watching boxing and baseball, especially the Dodgers, also likes shooting hoops with her son. Her dreams for the future are to work hard, live each day to the fullest and be the best mom and example for her kids who are her motivators. She also loves beauty and makeup workshops which is evident with her beautiful photo.
