Sun Lakers at Canyon Lanes
We have finished our fifth week of bowling and the fun has just
begun. We have five teams battling for first place. Some of us are not
doing so well right now but there is plenty of time to improve. The
lanes have been upgraded and the final kinks are being worked out.
Things are getting better all the time (except my bowling). I hope you
all have a great season. Following is our standings.
In first place: Motion to Strike with Lakana Burkett, Mae Brock,
Pat Bisesi and Jim McGowan. Second place are three teams: Waters
World with Rick Waters, Kathy Duerr, John Noonan and Tom Keheley.
Just Lucky with Gail Stormes, Marlene Gartman, Larry Stormes and
Andy Toro. Ho Lee Chit with Jerry Townsend, Pam Obry, Joan Allen
and Dave Obry.
It is too early for High Season Scores at this time.
Remember the bowling alley is the poor man's country club.
