FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | DECEMBER 2019 59 Ladies Putters Group Merry Christmas everyone, hoping all is well with you and that 2019 has brought you much happiness and pleasure living here at Four Seasons, known as paradise to most of us. It's been another good year for the Horseshoe Club with some new members and having our horseshoe pits rebuilt with a new material (decomposed granite) making for a more enjoyable playing experience. The whip cream on the pumpkin pie for us though, is the location of the horseshoe venue, which is at The Summit with a beautiful view of the entire pass area. How fortunate are we? If you're interested in horseshoes at all and joining a bunch of great guys, how could you not come out and join us? We had our last tournament of 2019 in the month of November, but the timing of this Breeze writing did not allow the announcing of the winners, which I will publicize in the January 2020 article. Our annual Christmas social, which is a potluck style progressive dinner, involving three members' homes, will be held on Dec. 11. This has become our member's favorite social of the year. I will tell you more about it after it happens. So again, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to one and all. Come out and join us in 2020 and help us enjoy all of this. It is a time of memories both new and old and Four Seasons and the putting group do a great job of helping us to enjoy them. Plans for the New Year are already being worked on for the Ladies Putting Group and a sign-up sheet will be in The Lodge mid-December for those of you who wish to join us or give us a try. For those of you who are new at this we have a selection of putters and balls for you to use so that you can experience this fun and social sport.
